A project that I finished was a video using a 3D model. This project was by far one of my favorite projects. Although I had to hear Rihanna’s Goodnight Gotham over and over again it was an enjoyable project.
The Process
It began with my professor giving our class a 3D Model of VR glasses. Our instructions were to make an advertisement displaying the functionalities of the glasses. Other than that we had free rule as to how we wanted to portray the glasses.
I took a bit more dramatic approach, giving the glasses more appeal to the type of audience that would be watching. In my eyes, the audience that would be watching are people who enjoy Raves. Which is what inspired the aesthetic of the video.
In the end I felt like the video came out perfectly. However, after reviewing the video with my peers, we realized that I did have a typo. I thought that the brand this video was for was called “Stream VR” however, it was really “Steam VR”. I ended up just leaving it in there for humor purposes.
